Do you have innovative ideas? Then Lake Land College wants to help you share them!
Lake Land is seeking organizations that are interested in showcasing or demonstrating products or services during the third annual Energy Innovation Conference, March 17.
Vendors will have the chance set up displays for the public to peruse during the conference.
"This is a great opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products and services to a regional audience," said Charlie Bovard, director of workforce training. “They may also attend any of the conference sessions or conference events.”
Bovard said the college expects hundreds of people to attend the event, which will also feature free public workshops on increasing energy efficiency in the home and obtaining help for paying utilities.
Benefits to vendors include:
§ Face to face promotion to potential customers of services and products offered by your business
§ A forum for networking with fellow experts in the field
§ A platform for launching new services and products
§ Your business’ or organization’s name in all online, print, and other types of media advertising prior to, during, and after the conference
§ Free registration for you to participate in any of the conference events.
“With increasing energy costs, it is becoming more and more important to find alternative ways to reduce our dependence on non-renewable energy sources,” said Ron Sanderson, special projects coordinator. “Vendors at the conference will provide a wide variety of energy saving ideas, products and demonstrations to help business owners, area residents and others to make more informed decisions about energy usage.
